Melissa grew up in Harlingen, TX and went on to attend Texas A&M University where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree. She relocated to the Panhandle in 2009, while working as a Regional Director in the restaurant industry. In 2015, she made the transition into Real Estate and has been a top producer, winning numerous awards for her offices. Melissa loves the business, the ability to connect with her clients, but cherishes having the ability to truly help people.
She uses her platform to serve her fellow REALTORS®, her clients, and her community. Melissa currently serves on the Amarillo Association Board of Directors, the NextGen Committee locally, and on a NAR Committee.
She is active with her local networking groups and volunteers for local non-profit organizations. She believes in the power of education, influence, and leads by example. Melissa lives in Bushland,TX with her husband Steve, has two daughters Kaitlyn and Makenzee, and has 4 dogs Kain, Sassy, Bailey, and Ali.
